I feel as though we should have spent a bit less time with the introductions and probably gotten to actual comp sci stuff sooner, but I shouldn't complain about doing less work. So far, the pace is fine. I'm capable of fairly advanced stuff already, but I don't mind a slower pace and understand it. JGrasp seems a bit different than Dr Java (what I used in normal Comp Sci), but that may just be my lack of remembering some things.
The class is fine so far and I look forward to it every A day because it's pretty laid back. It's not totally a blow off class.
